Our uniquely themed room offers a calming aquatic ambiance perfect for couples, solo adventurers, or small families seeking both relaxation and adventure.

No Removal of Items: Please do not remove any fixtures, kitchenware, utensils, linens, or décor from the unit. These are provided for your comfort and the next guest’s enjoyment. Respect Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 7 AM. Please be mindful of neighbors and fellow guests, no loud music or parties. No Smoking Inside the Unit: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the studio. A deep cleaning fee will apply if smoke is detected. No Unregistered Guests: Only registered guests are allowed on the premises overnight. If you’d like to invite others, please send a quick message for approval. Kindly Clean Up After Yourself: Basic tidying up (dishes rinsed, trash in bins) is appreciated. Excessive mess may result in an extra cleaning fee. Keep AC Running with Doors Closed: Help us stay energy-efficient! If the AC is on, please keep windows and doors closed. Do Not Rearrange Furniture: For safety and to preserve the unit’s layout, please do not move or rearrange furniture.

Inside, you’ll find helpful information about local restaurants, emergency contacts, nearby attractions, and more to make your stay as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Please be sure to locate it upon arrival! ***Absolutely no smoking in the unit. Please be advised that the Property Management has designated a smoking area is now located at the back of the North Building. This will be the only authorized smoking area moving forward.
